2012 Charleston Southern Buccaneers football team

The 2012 Charleston Southern Buccaneers football team represented Charleston Southern University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by tenth-year head coach Jay Mills and played their home games at Buccaneer Field. They were a member of the Big South Conference. They finished the season 5–6, 3–3 in Big South play to finish in fourth place.
