The 2003 Spanish Figure Skating Championships (Spanish: Campeonato De España De Patinaje Sobre Hielo 2002-03) took place between 13 and 15 December 2002 in Jaca. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles and ladies' singles on the senior and junior levels.
