2001 Zamboanga Sibugay creation plebiscite

The Zamboanga Sibugay creation plebiscite was a plebiscite on the creation of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay from Zamboanga del Sur province in the Philippines. The plebiscite was held on February 22, 2001, and the results were announced on February 26, 2001.[1] The plebiscite was supervised and officiated by the COMELEC pursuant to Resolution No. 3577.[2]
