1986 Tuvaluan constitutional referendum
A referendum on becoming a republic was held in Tuvalu in February 1986. However, the proposed change was approved on only one of the eight islands, resulting in the country remaining a constitutional monarchy.[1]

gollark: The unified shader model is basically where instead of separate vertex and fragment and whatever else shaders, you just have a bunch of general purpose shader cores which, as it turns out, can also do computation thingsā¢.
gollark: It probably can't run OpenCL because, again, unified shader model.
