1976 Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council election
Elections to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council were held on 6 May 1976, with one third of council up for election. The election resulted in the Labour retaining control of the council.[1]

gollark: There are even something like 30 on the awesome-selfhosted list, which is just web-based selfhosted ones.
gollark: There are a *lot* of RSS readers. I use Miniflux, which is web-based.
gollark: It's better for newsfeed-type things than email, since you can just host an XML file instead of mucking with getting your server to send emails somehow, and it's "pull" rather than "push" meaning you don't have to rely on the other end to unsubscribe you.
gollark: A decent amount of sites offer it, since a lot of blog platforms support it, even Reddit has RSS capability still, and there are some things to bridge website updates to RSS.
gollark: For most stuff I just have RSS feeds instead of email, which works better.
