11 Hoyt
11 Hoyt is a skyscraper in the Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, designed by architect Studio Gang with executive architect Hill West and developed by real estate conglomerate Tishman Speyer. The building's design somewhat resembles that of 8 Spruce Street by architect Frank Gehry.[2] Sales for condominiums in the building launched in September 2018.[3] JPMorgan Chase is providing financing for the deal.[2] The building topped out in June 2019.[4]
