100.2 Fm Radio West
Radio West 100.2 fm, Radio Best (Gamba mpurire) is an FM radio station based in Western Region, Uganda.[1][2][3] It is having the large area of coverage across the country and worldwide.[4] It was originally founded by Mr. James R Tumusiime in 1998,[5] under the mission; bringing media closer to the masses.[6]

It is one of the Vision Group's radio stations.[7] It is also among the oldest radio stations in the region starting in 1999.[8] It is best known for its 'Ekinihiro' which happens every year celebrating the years of existence.[9][10][11] The station has also managed to host both local and national celebrities in their Ekinihiro and fans have always managed to win prizes.[12] it is also known for its promotion moment, Hangura na radio west where listeners are given a chance to call on radio and win prizes.[13]
