Ini (letter)

Ini (asomtavruli , nuskhuri , mkhedruli ი) is the 10th letter of the three Georgian scripts.[1]

In the system of Georgian numerals it has a value of 10.[2]

Ini commonly represents the close front unrounded vowel /i/, like the pronunciation of i in "machine", or the near-close near-front unrounded vowel /ɪ/, like the pronunciation of i in "sin".
