The Verginix Family Palace was a residence in the Western Quays of Undertown.
History
Role in the Quint Saga
The palace belonged to the Verginix family of Sky pirates and was located in the affluent district of Undertown. It was burned by Turbot Smeal as revenge on Wind Jackal for freeing slaves which Smeal wanted to sell. The fire killed the entire Verginix family excluding Quintinius Verginix and Wind Jackal.
Role in the Rook Saga

When in the Second Age of Flight, sections of Undertown collapsed under the crumbling New Sanctaphrax rock, the palace was mainly destroyed. The leader of the Ghosts of Screetown, Felix Lodd, lived in the remains of the palace.
