Outer City Scouts
The Outer City Scouts were a group of the Great Glade Guard and the law enforcement of Great Glade's districts Southern Outer City and Northern Outer City. Their orange uniforms were very distinctive. They were mentioned in The Immortals when Nate and Slip discovered that the Freeglade Lancers were testing the Thunderer.[1]
