Crystal caverns

Cade in the crystal caverns.

The crystal caverns were part of the water caverns behind the Five Falls of the Farrow Ridges and were the second cave, after the domed chamber and before the drowning pools.

They were discovered by Blatch Helmstoft and used by the White Trogs as a warning system. They were filled with crystals of various forms and sizes which made an eerie sound and vibrated softly when touched.[1]

Trivia

Stunning as the crystal caverns may be, they are not far into the realm of fiction. The Cave of the Crystals in Naica, Mexico is filled with crystals of up to 11 meters of length, but due to the high humidity and temperature only open to scientists.[2]
