I'm working on a Gannt Chart (Template can be found here) and I was trying to figure out how to move everything that is contained within the timeline by changing the Start Week number. First Figure below shows the timeline starting at week 0.

Although the template uses week numbers to change the timeline display, the week numbers are not visible on the top of the timeline so I decided to add them one by one. But when changing the Start Week to 30 every moves correctly except the manually added Week numbers above.
