I am using windows 10 and am trying to open my Jupyter notebook which used to work normally.
My anaconda Navigator opens without any issues, but when I try to open Jupyter notebook (with Firefox) from there I get an error:
dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8928: connect: connection refused
I tried disabling my antivirus in case it is blocking the action, but with no effect.
