How to get the IP addresses leased by dnsmasq when it is run with "--leasefile-ro" and "--dhcp-script=<>"

My system is running dnsmasq with "--leasefile-ro" and "--dhcp-script=<>" options, How do I get the IP addresses leased by dnsmasq in this case.

This is the o/p of ps -eaf - /usr/bin/dnsmasq --conf-file=/var/lib/libvirt/dnsmasq/default.conf --leasefile-ro --dhcp-script=/usr/lib64/libvirt/libvirt_leaseshelper
