How to display rows based on column criteria in Google Sheets on a separate sheet?

I have a Google Sheet I'm working on with around 98 rows that will constantly be changing. One column is an ID number that assigns a positional rank and populates other sections of the sheet. What I'd like to do is pull the data from the master sheet, but only display the rows that meet the criteria. I've tried looking at array formulas but I'm not getting the logistics of how to pull criteria out of it.

So what I'm aiming to do on the second sheet is have it list only the values in the K column, each row, for J>=5 in order.
