I have an excel (.xlsx) file , with only one sheet. This sheet have only 2 columns. All the cells in both columns are formatted as Text. The columns have this format :
Name........Phone number
Name1.......+305678439958
Name2.......+306893854874
.....
When i save as ... this file to .csv , the cells in second columns have strange number like this :
Name........Phone number
Name1.......3.05678E+11
Name2.......3.06894E+11
So the + sign at the beginning is gone , and the other part has this strange format.
What can i do in order that the .csv file to have exactly the same data as the .xlsx file ?

How are you viewing the CSV after saving it? If you view the CSV in a text editor (like Notepad), does it appear as you want? – Ƭᴇcʜιᴇ007 – 2016-08-16T20:49:40.390
yes , in notepad appear correctly , but if i open in Excel , i have that problem. Also , if i import this .csv file on my cellphone , the numbers on my contacts does not appear correctly , appear with that strange format.. – Deni Sano – 2016-08-16T20:52:15.130
well then, it's not a problem with Excel saving the CSV, it's a problem with Excel (and whatever program is on your phone) opening the CSV. 1A .CSV is TEXT. You viewed it in a text editor, and it looked right, so that means the programs importing the fields in the CSV are trying to apply their own formatting as they import the CSV into their chosen/native format, and apparently your phone software, like Excel, tries to convert what it sees as numbers into actual "numbers" and since "306893854874" would be a huge number, it's being represented in the short form you're seeing. – Ƭᴇcʜιᴇ007 – 2016-08-16T21:07:17.510
Open the CSV in a text editor and try wrapping the phone numbers in double quotes (
