Sharepoint - restore single document from database level backup
Have a single Sharepoint webserver backed by a SQL 2005 server. The sharepoint server has a messed up document in a document library and I have a SQL database backup from the day before.
What are my options to get just that document back?

SQL Server Express and SharePoint
We have a client that would like to use SQL Server Express with SharePoint instead of forking out a minimum or $7000 for SQL Standard. I know SQL Standard is the best option here, but the price tag is a big barrier to entry for this client.

Are folders counted as items in Sharepoint Document Libraries?
In Sharepoint on the All Site Content screen, it lists my SharePoint Document Library with a numeric row containing "Items".
Do these "Items" include "folders and docuemnts" or just "folders"?
