We have a HPE DL380p G8 server with smart array P420i in Slot 0. There are 4 drives in a RAID-10 array and 3 drives in a RAID-5 array. There is no spare drive.
Yesterday one of the drives in RAID-10 array (in 1I:2:1) failed and we replaced it with new one. It showed "failed" again. I moved the new disk to an empty bay, It was OK so I found that maybe the bay is corrupted.
