One day after a normal restart, my debian system started throwing random segmentation faults on apt install/update/remove, pip commands, and anything that used pip. I've followed numerous guides to clear APT cache and rebuild, and have tried reinstalling Python multiple times, but these fixes are only temporary, and the issue comes back. It's kind of difficult using a system where apt fails most of the time, and so I would like to know how I can possibly stop these errors.
