These are some common tools used to work on this device. You might not need every tool for every procedure.
Background
The Canon Pixma MP480 is an All-In-One Photo Printer. Released in 2008, it prints, scans, and copies. It prints as fast as 20 ppm (prints per minute) and copies as fast as 20 cpm (copies per minute). The maximum resolution of the printer is 4800 x 1200 dpi and the scanner is 4800 x 1200 dpi.
The Canon Pixma MP480 can print 4" x 6" borderless photos as fast as 45 seconds. The printer supports multiple media cards, which allows printing without a computer. The 1.8" LCD display allows previewing and enhancing the image prior to printing.
Identification
The printer can be identified by the "Canon" emblem on the front of the printer and writing "MP480" above the LCD display.
