This phone provides a 13-number memory dial feature and a directory card located on the hang up base, the directory card comes off easily so pay attention to its whereabouts because it's quit small and could be lost . The ringer setting on the phone provides three different volumes, off, low, and high, located on the hang up base,however this particular part has been reported to acquire damage over prolong use. The hand set of the phone comes equipped with a receiver volume control switch, this also has been reported with frequent damage. This phone comes with a one-year warranty if you ever run into troubles within the first year of sale, the phone will be replaced.
