Whirlpool

The Whirlpool is a horocyclic land that, with no other boats, you can't return. It has pirates, sharks, and lost boats. It is only accessible by the Ocean.
The treasure is Pearls, and can be found in the spinning boats.
Rules
For unmanned boats (boats with no pirates or sharks), the boats turn clockwise, but remain the same distance from the "center".
For boats with pirates or the player, they can move inward or clockwise or both. They can move to another adjacent boat with no restrictions.
For sharks, it's the same thing, but they can't move by boats.
How to Escape
Because there are no restrictions on moving to another boat, you can use this to escape. Find a boat by moving clockwise, or press S repeatedly (beware of enemies!) until you find a boat. Repeat this process until you leave the Whirlpool.
You can also use the orb of safety, but that is harder than the method above.
