This powerful and deadly spell unleashes a blackened bolt of pure hatred and pain. The target may attempt a reflex save to avoid damage, but the energy bolt will continue to follow and home in on the target for 1 round/level. Each round, as long as the target is within the range of the spell, she must make another reflex save to continue avoiding the bolt. If the target manages to evade the deadly projectile for the maximum duration of the spell, or until the caster stops concentrating, the black bullet fades out and becomes harmless.

The spell cannot be cut, impeded, or interrupted by outside forces; It can, however, be counterspelled. The caster must maintain concentration to maintain the spell, but may act defensively.

If the bolt touches the target, she is dealt 2d6 points of negative energy damage per caster level. The target can make a will save to half the damage taken.

gollark: It has the same specs as a PineBook Pro™, but is a phone for some reason.
gollark: Why not buy a PinePhone Pro™?
gollark: There seem to be two different async things, basically nothing in the standard library, and actually I don't know otherwise.
gollark: My main issue with OCaml from my limited experience is bad/outdated tooling and no consistent library ecosystem.
