Water Absorption. Whenever the vaporeon is subjected to water damage, it takes no damage and instead gains a number of hit points equal to the water damage dealt.

Aqua Camouflage (Recharge 4-6). While partially or completely submerged in water, the vaporeon can use a bonus action to become invisible. This invisibility lasts until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). The effect ends early if ends if the vaporeon attacks or casts a spell. Anything the vaporeon is wearing or carrying is invisible as long as it is on it's person.

ACTIONS

Hydro Pump. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage/water damage.

Haze. A 20-foot-radius cloud of mist extends all around the vaporeon. The area is lightly obscured for 1 minute, although a significant current or wind can disperse the mist. While within the mist, creature cannot have advantage or disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, or saving throws.

Vaporeon are very playful creatures from the water that have a special love for shiny things. They tend to live near water, making people that see them on the shores believe that they saw a mermaid. They are normally a seafoam green, though they can appear pink in very rare instances. Those vaporeon have a hard time.

gollark: I would say "a destiny of being traded on to code collectors for some other dragon" but apparently not.
gollark: Or "So, XD x".
gollark: Also, presumably the rarer alts of common ones, like red dorsals and tan ridgewings.
gollark: Probably non-CB metallics, too.
