Vankodek's Chimeric Transformation (5e Spell)

When a being who has integrated different species and classes of monsters into their own body and then takes the time to cast this spell, they temporarily transform into a hideous Chimera of the best parts of each creature that has been made a part of the spellcaster. During the hour of this transformation, the spellcaster cannot cast any other spells and cannot tell the difference between friend or foe. The stat block of the creature and its features depend on what creatures the spellcaster has made a part of itself prior to the casting. When the spell ends, the caster must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to (how many creatures you killed during the 1 hour +15). On a fail, the caster receives 3 levels of exhaustion and cannot concentrate on spells for the next hour. On a success, the caster receives 1 level of exhaustion.
