Formatting

Syntax can be very difficult, and if you need help a good place to start is Help:Editing on Wikipedia (or even their Introduction page). This will explain basic wiki formatting and should provide quite a few useful links that explain more specific areas of wiki formatting. Help:Portal also provides detailed explanation of information important specifically to this community.

Welcome to the wiki. I like your proposed style. We don't have enough technical writing correctors. --Kydo (talk) 07:54, 7 February 2017 (MST)

Welcoming Users

Hello, TCC. I notice you've been welcoming a lot of new users recently. Have you seen the Special:Log/newusers? I have found it to be very helpful in finding users that haven't been welcomed yet. SirSprinkles (talk) 15:38, 23 February 2017 (MST)

No, I hadn't actually. I was getting by through the Recent Changes page, which wasn't that efficient. Thanks for bringing this page to my attention, I'm sure I will find it quite helpful! Sincerely, Gekkouga (talk) 13:48, 24 February 2017 (MST)

gollark: It's slightly weird that I know of several MTF trans people who are programmers but no FTM ones at all.
gollark: New clothes units of the kind I tend to wear cost slightly over £20, and America uses "dollars", which are worth less.
gollark: Also, that number is me picking a vaguely plausible round number, and I imagine they can be acquired more cheaply.
gollark: You don't need to repurchase them all every year.
gollark: On the other hand, giving people useless things they discard after 295 attoseconds helps with social bonding, and because something something decision fatigue giving people more options may actually be mean.
