Howdy, and welcome to the wiki! --Kydo (talk) 11:11, 24 July 2016 (MDT)

hello

as an active member of the wizards community i formally submit there are a few changes to your class Knight of Bretonnia that have to change for balanced game play some were made and changed back as will as more that need to be changed when the horse dies and you go into a vengeful rage you may have adv on attacks but at the same time your letting down your defense so opponents should have adv against you as well as logically you would not me in the state of mind to protect yourself you want revenge if you abilites are from the lady of the lake then you have to uphold your code or law as it seems by breaking that you should lose abilities as does a paladin the devastating charge is way to powerful as at level 6 with an elephant mount you would be doing an extra 322d6 as an elephant is a huge creature that weighs over 3000lbs thats is ungodly a god character couldt stand up to that and thats a lvl 6 ability at most double damage and if they crit it would be x4 there are more but that all i have time for atm im just trying to help balance the class to be on par with the rest of the classes otherwise its a nice class

Hello. I'm glad you liked my class and it is also a great pleasure that you want to help me finish editing it. However, it wasn't very nice of you to just change things without notifying me, so please, before changing anything, ask me first, ok? Also, I don't get what you did with "The Blessing of the Lady", so could you explain it here? Anyway, thx for sending me a message.--MrWAAAGH (talk) 17:03, 30 October 2016 (MDT)

im sorry that was rude of me i should have said something first for the blessing of the lady they get a +1 to all attacks

- If you have the Knight`s Vow (+1)

- If you have the Questing Vow (+2)

- If you have the Grail Vow (+3)

- If you are near sacred forests and\or lakes (+3)

the reason i changed to

- If you have the Knight`s Vow (+1) for 10 rounds

- If you have the Questing Vow (+2) for 5 rounds

- If you have the Grail Vow (+3) for 2 rounds

- If you are near sacred forests and\or lakes (+2)

is because as a knight you already have a very high ac you have the speed of your mount then if you pray you get a +1 to all attacks and then a + to ac your already getting so much for it at least the ac could be temporary and i figured the higher the ac the less it should be active the lady of the lake may be powerful but pouring all that power must be draining and you may have her favor but that is alot its sort of like the channel divinity that the cleric gets

The gift of the lady

The gift of the lady is way to oplvee powered you get a lot of ac for the one and that's way too strong there is nothing in 5e that grants +5 as a class feature I stand by the above text I'm only trying to help the class balance out for stable game play in a campaign

I got it, - my wording has confused you. There is no granted 5+ to your rolls while being under the effect of the Gift if you're a Grail Knight. This buff is entirely and solely for the prayer: at level 2 you can get the Gift of the Lady if you succed a 16+ roll of a d20. When you become a Grail Knight your devotion and faith rises to its pinnacle and so you get a +5, so next time you'll have to pray for Lady's Gift you'll recieve it on a 11+ roll of a d20. Is it clear now? I would like to have my wording clear, so please, say if there are some confusing points left.--MrWAAAGH (talk) 11:26, 1 November 2016 (MDT)

so your saying that it lowers the dc of the roll not increase the AC/armor class of your character

also as the table says you can get all 3 vows that your mean 15 goes to 9 dc along with the abilities of all the vows together thats insanly op each vow seems to get a boost to ac and by the end with decent stats youll have over a 25 in ac thats crazy brother along with all the other bonuses its not balanced well

One of the Gifts, "Lady`s Mantle" increases AC, but this buff is not affected by the bonuses to the roll for prayer. Yeah, but as you take another Vow it replaces the previous one. The Grail Knight`s AC has a +4 boost, which is strong indeed, but I dont think that it is OP for 16th level character. If there are no precise definitions for these changes in my class, I`ll add them.--MrWAAAGH (talk) 16:14, 1 November 2016 (MDT)

The Grail Vow

“...That which is sacrosanct I shall preserve.

That which is sublime I will protect.

That which threatens, I will destroy

For my holy wrath will know no bounds…”

A Grail Knight has attained the ultimate order of chivalry, for he has not only undertaken the quest for the Grail but has been rewarded with success. His deeds have earned him the favour of the Lady of the Lake. She has appeared before him in her true and pure glory and offered him the grail so that he might sip its contents, and thereby reap the greatest reward of a noble life.

Only when a Questing Knight has proved his valour and purity beyond all doubt does the Lady of the Lake appear to him in a vision, rewarding him not only with the sight of the Grail, but also permitting him to drink from it. Only a Questing Knight who has battled his way through many perils and overcome many terrible foes while on his quest is likely to ever find the grail. Many Questing Knights perish having never found the grail at all.

You can only become the Grail Knight after finishing The Grail Quest.

As a Grail Knight, you gain the following bonuses:

- You gain immunity to Psycology, you feel no fear, you can`t be intimidated or charmed by any magical means. Though you can still be decieved.

- You can once again use cavalry spears or lances, furthermore, all your attacks count as magical (Radiant).

- Your Blessing of the Lady is improved and now gives you +4 AC against all attacks, as well as magical ones (you can subtract 4 from the mage`s spellcasting ability), furthermore, you no longer need to pray to get it - you have it constantly. Though you still can lose it.

The Questing Vow

“...I set down my lance, symbol of duty.

I spurn those whom I love.

I relinquish all, and take up the tools of my quest.

No obstacle will stand before me. No plea for help shall find me wanting. No moon will look upon me twice lest I be judged idle.

I save my body, heart and soul to the Lady whom I seek…”

Since the days of Gilles the Uniter, the Grail has been the ultimate symbol of Bretonnian chivalry, and the ultimate goal of any true knight. Knights of the Realm may choose to go on a quest for the Grail, hoping to meet the Lady of the Lake in person and drink from the sacred chalice. A knight who begins the quest for the Grail relinquishes all his worldly possessions and all ties to his domain, and in return are accorded honour above even the finest lords of Bretonnia.

As a Questing Knight, you gain the following bonuses:

- You become immune to Fear and gain advantage on all Mind Control checks and, once for day, you may reroll these checks.

- You can no longer use any cavalry spears or lances, but all your two-handed weapon gains "Reach (10)" rule when the Knight charges.

- Your Blessing of the Lady is improved and now gives you +2 AC against all attacks. Furthermore, you now can pray for the Blessing of the Lady four times before making a short rest.

Yeah, need to rewrite with "The Gifts of the Lady" instead. But what else?--MrWAAAGH (talk) 16:35, 1 November 2016 (MDT)

I`ve changed the description in both Vows.--MrWAAAGH (talk) 16:50, 1 November 2016 (MDT)

gollark: > Some may argue that the CDC originally claimed that masks were ineffective as a way to retain the already-small supply of masks for healthcare providers and medical officials. Others may argue that the CDC made this claim due to ever-developing research around the virus. I am arguing, however, that the CDC made the claim that masks are ineffective because the CDC’s sole purpose is to provide scientific legitimation of the U.S. as a eugenicist project through medical genocide. As outlined in this essay, the CDC has a history of releasing deadly information and later backtracking on it when the damage has already been done.
