Touched by Love (5e Spell)

Target one humanoid up to level 10 within range, who must make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw, or become madly in love (charmed) with the first person they see, for one hour. This person cannot be the spell caster, or anyone the target has never met or heard of. Upon a successful saving throw the target becomes aware that you tried to cast this spell.
