Storm Gauntlets (5e Equipment)
Forged from metal infused with melted blue dragon scales that give it a characteristic light blue glow. It is studded with small crystals which occasionally give off sparks.
Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
While wearing these gauntlets, you have resistance to lightning damage. You can also cast the shocking grasp cantrip as if you knew the spell, using Charisma as your spellcasting ability if you don't otherwise have one.
