Servant Permanence (5e Spell)

This spell can be cast only once per seven days. If the spell is cast twice within seven days, the spell fails, destroying the servant. Make a DC(16) Intelligence check. If the roll a success, the servant's duration is now permanent, and no longer counts toward the limit number of its respective spell. The creature is also permanently under your command.
