Sealing Strike (5e Spell)

When you cast this spell, you may make one weapon attack against a creature with a ranged weapon. On a successful hit, the ammunition transforms into a spear of light (or darkness) embedded into the creature, stunning it for 1 minute. If the creature takes damage, is moved, or another creature removes the spear, the effect ends. This ability fails if used on a creature of the same moral alignment. The creature must make a Strength Saving Throw at the beginning of each of their turns. Creatures that are Huge or larger gain Advantage on this Saving Throw. On a success, the effect ends.

This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Lockdown effects should be associated with a saving throw. Locking a creature for 1 minute on merely a successful attack means you can trivially bypass a (medium-sized) legendary creature. Rather than adjusting the duration by creature size, you can have the effect end on a successful saving throw (either Constitution, since that tends to scale with size); or some other saving throw with an advantage or bonus given to larger sizes)
