A ropa appears as a mass of slick, pale green fruit-like flesh about four feet in diameter with a roughly pear-like shape. Its top side is mainly distinguished by a small, orange-colored tentacle-lined opening that serves as its cloaca. Overall it bears a strong resemblance to a sea anemone, but lives primarily on land. Despite its dumpy appearance, this creature moves extremely swiftly and erratically; its entire body works as a natural spring that allows it to bound great distances in rapid succession, despite the lack of any functional limbs.

Frantic Leaping Tackles. This aberration's only means of attack is wildly and frantically slamming its body into its foe. It will tackle virtually any creature that dares come too close to it, save other ropas or certain aberrations it seems to favor. The cause of its overwhelming aggression is unknown.

Denizens of the Dark World. Ropa are primarily found in the Dark World, where they populate virtually all terrainbut especially forestsin high numbers. They are capable of reproducing asexually, which they seem to do as often as nutritional needs allow.
