This is a rocket-propelled high-explosive grenade launcher. It can be fired at a point within range. You do not make an attack roll: each creature within 10 feet of the impact point must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d6 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. At normal range, the DC is 15; at long range the DC is 10.

Mods

Remote Detonation

Weight. 2 lb.
Rarity. Rare
You can manually detonate the rocket in mid-air (an "air-burst"). A creature making their saving throw against an air-burst rocket's explosion cannot benefit from the saving throw bonus granted by half cover or three-quarters cover.

Lock-On Burst

Weight. 5 lb.
Rarity. Rare
You can choose to fire three lock-on submunitions. Choose one creature within range of the impact point. That creature must make three Dexterity saving throws (instead of one). Other targets in the explosion still make one saving throw. Creatures take 3d6 piercing damage for each failed save, or half as as much for each successful one.
