Plant Control (Wis; Trained Only; Power)

Check: Using this skill allows a character to control plants and create an area that hinders the movement of others. The character creates an area that entangles those that he chooses as the Entangle spell, except that the user creates it in a 5 ft. radius and an additional 5 ft. 2 character levels. The entangling effect only affects those that the user chooses. The duration is determined by the check result.

Example: Jose is a 4th level character and creates an area that entangles in a 15 ft. radius. He can also choose to allow his friend Dea to move through this area without penalty but his enemies take all the normal penalties for being entangled.
