Miniaturize (5e Spell)
Make a ranged spell attack against one target. On a failure, the target shrinks 4 size levels, including their gear. Their ac goes up by 4 if they are using their Dex for ac, and their weapon damage goes down to 1 point. Their maximum health becomes 1/10 of what it was, and their strength and constitution go down by D10 points. The target is now so small that they are knocked back by any attack, and that they can be swallowed by creatures that are only medium or larger. Their movement speed becomes 1/4 of what it was, and their weight becomes 1/32 of what it was. The target stays this way for at least an hour, after that you have to keep concentration or the spell ends. The target does not instantly get their size back. They regain 1 size level every D4 minutes, until they reach their size.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, the target becomes fine size, no matter what size they were, and their strength becomes 1, and their con becomes 2. The ac goes up by 5 if it was dex, and weapons and attacks no longer do anything. Their movement speee becomes 5 ft, and their hit points are reduced to one. The spell is now 1 day before it needs concentration.
