Mind Fog (5e Spell)
Mind fog produces a bank of thin mist that weakens the mental resistance of those caught in it. Mist fills a 20-foot-radius sphere and lightly obscures the area. When the creature first enters the fog, it must make an Intelligence saving throw or be affected by this spell. An affected creature has disadvantage on checks and saving throws that rely on Intelligence or Wisdom. Affected creatures take the penalty as long as they remain in the fog. If such a creature leaves the fog, it continues to be affected until the start of its next turn. The fog is stationary and lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
