Chakra Constitution Kaguya has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. All of Kaguya's attacks are considered magical for the sake of overcoming resistances.

Chakra Sense. Kaguya can sense chakra and magical effects within 100 feet of him.

Kaguya's Resistance. Kaguya has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws, has a damage resistance of 30, and takes 3 less damage from all sources.

Wild Lion's Mane. Kaguya is immune to one instance of the restrained condition that is not from genjutsu each round.

More Canon Variant. Kaguya is immune to all jutsu, excluding taijutsu and Sage Art jutsu. This feature is optional, as it makes many subclasses almost useless.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Kaguya can make 7 Unarmed Strike attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +24 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 43 (6d10 + 10) piercing damage.

Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack (50 Chakra). All creatures in a 30 ft. x 90 ft. line must attempt a DC 32 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 244 (36d12 + 10) magical bludgeoning damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Amenominaka (35 Chakra). Kaguya opens and enter a portal to another dimension of her choice that covers a 30 ft. radius. Any creatures of her choice within range must succeed a DC 32 Dexterity saving throw. Creatures may also willingly enter the portal as an action. On a failure, they are drawn into the portal with you. The portal ends at the beginning of her next turn.

Yomotsu Hirasaka (8 Chakra). As part of another action, Kaguya moves the source of the action from where she is to anywhere within 30 feet.

Temporary Paralysis Jutsu (30 Chakra). One creature within 60 feet must succeed a DC 32 Constitution or Intelligence saving throw, their choice, or be paralyzed until the beginning of Kaguya's next turn.

Tailed Beast Bomb (45 Chakra) Kaguya fires a beam of chakra in a 240 ft. cone. Every creature within range must succeed a DC 32 Constitution saving throw, taking 220 (40d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, it is disintegrated. A disintegrated creature is reduced to a pile of fine gray dust. The creature can be restored to life only by means of a true resurrection or a wish spell. This automatically disintegrates nonmagical objects or creations of magical force.

All-Killing Ash Bones (40 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +24 to hit, range 15/30 ft., one target. Hit: 500 magical piercing damage. This damage overcomes resistance and immunity. Creatures killed by this jutsu can only be resurrected by true resurrection as they and all non-magical objects they are wearing are reduced to atoms.

Descending from the heavens, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki was commanded to bring the fruit of the God Tree on Earth to the main family of the Ōtsutsuki clan on another planet, or possibly dimension. Betraying her then partner Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, nearly killing him to the point that it took generations for him to recover, she joined the Land of Ancestors, growing close to its emperor Tenji and becoming with child. Losing faith in humanity but still longing for peace, she consumed the fruit of the God Tree, thus awakening the Rinne Sharingan. Ending all wars surrounding her home with her newfound power, she gained the name of Rabbit Goddess. Slowly losing her mind to the God Tree, becoming more paranoid about humans trying to steal her power and retribution from the other Ōtsutsuki, she trapped the world in the first Infinite Tsukuyomi. Attacking her own two sons Hagoromo and Hamura, whom she dispersed chakra to in their birth, the two were forced to seal her inside a Chibaku Tensei that would later be called the moon and divided her chakra among the Tailed Beasts.
