When you cast this spell, with a DC of 18, you are able to break into a living creature's mind that can understand at least one language and make them dream while they are asleep. Then you can delve into the dream and plant an idea in the target's mind. This idea can be anything from "Your world is not real" to "You need to break up your father's empire".

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the DC drops by 1, making it 17 at 4th, 16 at 5th, 15 at 6th, 14 at 7th, 13 at 8th, and 12 at 9th.
