You reflexively throw water from your person or from a body of water within 5 feet of you in front of yourself, reducing the damage of an incoming attack by 2.

You are additionally treated as being resistant to fire damage from the incoming attack.

The material component for this spell can't be substituted for using an arcane focus or component pouch.

Casting time:	1 reaction (taken in response to an incoming attack)
Range:	Self
Components:	S, M (a litre of water)
Duration:	Instantaneous

At higher levels. The amount of damage reduced by this cantrip increases to 3 when you reach 4th level, 4 at 9th level, 5 at 13th level, and 7 at 19th level.
