Hermit's Wisdom (5e Spell)

Purple vines extend from your arms and latch onto an object you are holding onto. Once the vines are latched, make a Wisdom check. If successful, the vines then inscribe or display a message that answers a question you have. If unsuccessful, the vines send too much power into the object and destroy it. The information provided to you is up to the DM. It may be a map that leads to what you desire, an image of a person, or some means of conveying the information to you that you can understand or interpret.

Range: Touch
Components: V, S, M (an object to project the spell onto, such as a crystal ball or piece of paper)
Duration: Concentration, up to 2 minutes
