Chakra. Han has 35 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Han is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Endurance. When Han is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Constitution saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Han can make 2 unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (4d4 + 5) magical bludgeoning damage.

Similar to Roshi, Han is a Hidden Stone Village Jinchuriki who's Tailed Beast, in this case Kokuō, grants him a technique that can increase his physical abilities without even tapping into his Jinchuriki powers. This Vapor Style: Unrivaled Strength jutsu typically costs a large amount of chakra to maintain, but thanks to his steam armor, he is able to store and magnify the steam he produces to increase his strength and dexterity. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is actually quite friendly, and as such has befriended Kokuō, he is able to enter and exit Tailed Release at will.
