Greater colddrakes are one of three types of colddrakes, the other two being lesser colddrakes and greatest colddrakes. They are the most common colddrakes, and they bear similar strengths to the alchedrakes.

Subspecies. There are four subspecies of greater colddrakes: snowdrakes, haildrakes, icedrakes, and cryodrakes. They are distinguished by the number of hit points they have, and their subspecies determines their armor class (use the table below). There is no particular difference between each type of greater colddrake, and the only purpose of each subspecies is for social reasons and to find their AC.

gollark: Someone already *realized* the sheer value of lace.
gollark: The obvious explanation is (anti)memetics.
gollark: So there's this thing which is irritating to produce, and a presumably comparatively easy way to make it available to the population of mages, and nobody ever thought "Hmm, maybe I could make lace and exchange goods and services for money"?
gollark: And there aren't mages around who can produce lace anyway? How inefficient.
gollark: Although really, knowing what sets are puts you ahead of the majority of the population.
