Wondrous item, legendary This gem contains a surging aura of elemental energy. You can use an action to call upon the gem's power, and an elemental is summoned as if you had cast the conjure elemental spell. Additionally, as an action, you can touch an elemental of the corresponding type with the gem to transform it into an elemental titan. The gem is then destroyed. The type of gem determines the elemental summoned by the spell and the elemental titan that the elemental becomes.
