Elemental Reflections (Shadow Power)

3e Summary::Reflections of the elements swirl about and protect you. While you have elemental reflections prepared you gain resistance equal to your shadow power caster level to one type of energy (acid, electricity, fire, cold, sonic). You may select the type of energy, or change it whenever you meditate to prepare your spells. You may also take one minute of meditation (without interruption or performing any other actions) to change the type of energy you are resistant to. This is a supernatural ability.
