Medium humanoid (Human), any alignments Armor Class 18 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dexterity +8 Chakra. The jonin has 23 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. ACTIONSMultiattack. The jonin makes two unarmed strikes or one unarmed strike, then one lightning rod attack against the same target. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical bludgeoning damage. Shuriken (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d3 + 4) slashing damage. The jonin may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent. Thunder (1 Chakra). Each creature in a 25 foot cone must attempt a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 9 (2d6 + 2) lightning damage. On a success, they take half as much. Lightning Rod (4 Chakra). One creature within 5 feet must attempt a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 13 (3d6 + 2) lightning damage and are stunned until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half as much and are not stunned. Lightning Ball (9+ Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 30 ft., three target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) lightning damage. The jonin may make one additional attack per three additional chakra spent.

After graduating the academy and the Chunin Exam, and receiving enough commendations, a Cloud shinobi is given the option to become a jonin. Jonin are authorized to lead teams of genin and chunin, take A and S-rank missions, and enter the Raikage election council. |
