Breath of the Night (Shadow Power)
3e Summary::You pull a cloud of fog from the plane of shadow, allowing it to materialize and obscure the effected area. This power functions exactly like the fog cloud spell. You may only have one Breath of the Night active at a time, thus if you cast Breath of the Night while you already have one active the original one is dispelled.
