A long, silvery bolt that explodes with a flash of blinding light, creating a hole in your enemies guard; an opportunity for your allies to exploit. All allies within two squares can make a move or attack out of turn. If any allies are adjacent to the target, they must take a foritutde save above your ranged modifier to avoid being blinded as well.
