Aqua Push (5e Spell)

5e Summary::You move a packet water from a water source within range and hurl it to splash into a creature within range. For the purpose of this spell, a water source is a continguous body of water comprised of at least 5 cubic feet.

Transmutation cantrip
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: S, M (see description)
Duration: Instantaneous

One creature you designate within 60 feet of the water source must succeed on a Strength saving throw or take 1d6 bludgeoning damage. On a failed save, roll 1d4 to determine what effect affects the target:

1. Nothing.
2. The target's movement speed is decreased by 10 until the end of your next turn.
3. The target is pushed 10 feet away from the water source.
4. The target is knocked prone.

This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
