- Fake Brit: Canadian Jennifer Hale as the Scarlet Witch (who isn't British) Then again, Scarlet Witch was born and raised in a fake country. Whose to say what her accent sounds like?

- Patrick Stewart reprises his role from the movies as Professor Xavier.
- Likewise, Robin Atkin Downes reprises his role fron X-Men Next Dimension as Pyro and takes on the role of Cyclops in the first game (while absent in the second game, he'd later reprise the role of Cyclops-- albeit corrupted by Doom--in the first Marvel: Utlimate Alliance game).
- This series would also be the first time Steve Blum and Peter Lurie voiced their respective roles of Wolverine and Sabretooth, with both reprising their roles in Marvel: Utlimate Alliance and Wolverine and the X-Men and Blum as Wolverine a lot of times since. Blum also voiced Omega Red in the second game and Lurie voiced Avalanche in the first game, and Holocaust and Blob in the second one.
- Cree Summer as Magma; while she herself wasn't in any prior incarnations of X-Men, her father, Don Francks, voiced Sabretooth in the 90 X-Men cartoon series.
