Vampire Cheerleaders/YMMV

  • Complete Monster: The Harrow Sisters
  • Designated Hero: The Vampire Cheerleaders' recent actions (Turning Leonard into a thrall, turning Heather's parents into mindless (which may be more of an Asshole Victim situation seeing how Heather's mother seemed quite abusive) is making a good portion of the readers wonder why they should be rooting for them. Word of God makes it clear that this is the girl's show and that Leonard is very much supporting cast.
  • Ensemble Darkhorse / Unpopular Popular Character: Leonard and the Bakertown B squad seem to be building up to this, mostly because they have more likeable traits in the eyes of most of the fanbase in comparison to the Vampire Cheerleaders.
  • Fan Dumb: If you're one of the fans who post on the forums you're likely to fall into one of two groups. You're either one of the people who vehemently hate the girls and wish they would die horribly, or you're one of the people who accepts the fact that the girls are the designated heroes, that Leonard is a side character, and generally wish the first group would either just shut up and give it a rest or remember the MST3K Mantra. Either way, you're not going to get what you want.
  • Moral Event Horizon: More than a few fans agree that this counts as one for Lori as well as being a Kick the Dog moment.
    • How about making Heather's parents virtually zombies?
    • There are also The Harrow Sisters Bianca raping and torturing Lori Cressida killing and torturing Bianca's servant in the cruelest way possible.
  • The Scrappy: Heather is becoming this to a lot of VC fans, mostly due to her turning into a massive Alpha Bitch and walking all over Leonard Not to mention what she did to her parents is pretty close to the Moral Event Horizon, even if it for survival.
    • Marcy
      • Jerkass Has a Point: Sort of. Some readers agree in her point of capturing and treat cryptids in a more humanitarian way...but on the other hand, the fact that she doesn't seem to care for the victims of the cryptids, consider any instance were a cryptid was killed as unnecessary, not caring for the circumstances, and just trying to impose her ways over everyone else demolish most of her arguments. The fact that because of her the army was unable to defend Las Vegas from a giant cryptid doesn't help.
